This is an advanced Rapid Granulation system which apart from the conventional granulation can also perform special spray coat granulation with absolute precision and control, this system is validated for very efficient mixing which is especially useful when drug loading is needed in the formulation for controlling release characeteristics. Further the system features a jointly developed step wise parameter control system which allows for absolute control for each and every subs-step which allows completely automated manufacturing without operator intervention.

To strengthen product security and supply chain integrity, the facility has implemented a tightly integrated Track & Trace system in accordance with GS1 and other worldwide standards. The serialization platform enables unique product identification, verification and end-to-end traceability throughout the supply chain of our finished product.
